The purpose of this section is to help people with service issues they may have with the United States Postal Service .  If you have an employment issue with the USPS please visit my Labor/Employment page.  If you have sustained an injury working for the USPS please visit my Workers' Compensation section.

As quasi-governmental agency that delivers millions of pieces of mail a day the United States Post Office does a commendable job.  However, with all those millions of pieces of mail and with the USPS implementing newer technologies there are instances where the mail may be delayed.  My office is here to help you deal with those issues.  You can either write, email or call my office to initiate an inquiry.  If your issue is with regular delivery or service it is important to reference the day the problem occurred.  If it has to do with lost mail or items it is best handled in writing with any applicable reference or receipt numbers.

The USPS website is useful in locating a Post Office , determining rates , purchasing stamps and other USPS items and tracking your parcels.

It is also important to note that as an independent establishment of the executive branch of the Government of the United States the USPS Board of Governors is responsible for all policy and rate changes.

For all other issues the USPS FAQ's page may be useful or feel free to contact my office.
