If you are traveling within two weeks, and need to make an appointment at the Connecticut Passport Agency in Norwalk, you should call the toll-free appointment line at (877) 487-2778.  If you are unable to make an appointment before your scheduled departure date, please call my District Office at (203) 562-3718.

What is the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative?

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) requires all citizens of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda to have a passport or other accepted document that establishes the bearer's identity and nationality to enter or depart the United States from within the Western Hemisphere.
