DeLauro Statement on Brussels Attacks

WASHINGTON, DC (March 22, 2016) — Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) today released the following statement regarding the terror attacks in Brussels, Belgium.

“As we mourn the loss of so many innocent lives, our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Belgium. The attacks in Brussels only make us more resolute in our fight against terror and though we may be shaken, we are united. The United States stands with Belgium, one of our closest friends and allies. We will not back down in the face of terror and I am prepared to support any assistance the U.S. may offer Belgium during this time.
