DeLauro Announces $3.1 Million in Health Professional Grant for 3rd District
Washington, DC – Congresswoman Rosa L. DeLauro (CT-3) announced several grants to strengthen and expand the health professions workforce in the 3rd District today.
Part of $130.8 million in grants from the Department of Health and Human Services, these grants were awarded to Griffin Hospital in Derby and the Yale New Haven Health System to focus on medical equipment for health care training, primary care training, and post-doctoral training.
