DeLauro Statement on the Passing of Dr. Louis A. Magnarelli

NEW HAVEN, CT—Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) released thefollowing statement today on the passing of Dr. Louis A. Magnarelli. He wasDirector of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station (CAES):

"Lou was a dear friend who will be sorely missed. He workedtirelessly for the people of Connecticut, our communities and the environment.Lou's joy and dedication to his work was inspiring and I could always count onhim for outstanding research or an update on CAES's recent work. My thoughtsand prayers are with his wife Sharon and the rest of their family during thisdifficult time."
