NEW HAVEN, CT— Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) announced two recent staff additions to her Washington and New Haven offices today: Kelly Horton and Sam Carmody.

Horton comes to DeLauro’s office after working as a Lecturer in Health Sciences at the University of Bridgeport, and previously as a policy director with the National Council on Aging. Carmody is joining DeLauro’s office as Connecticut Scheduler after serving his hometown of Wallingford as Registrar of Voters. He also serves on several local boards in Wallingford and the greater New Haven area. Carmody attended Albertus Magnus College in New Haven.

In announcing the news DeLauro said, “I am delighted to welcome Kelly and Sam to my office. With their combined experience and dedication, I know they will be valuable assets for the people of Connecticut’s Third District, and to me as I continue to work on behalf of the District’s communities.”
