Reports Surface They Will Try to Slash $40 Billion inSeptember
WASHINGTON, DC—Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) releasedthe following statement today amid reports Republicans in the House ofRepresentatives are readying legislation that would slash $40 billion fromnutrition programs for hungry children and families.
