Fiscal Year 2027

It is my great honor and privilege to serve as Ranking Member of the Appropriations Committee and to ensure federal dollars are invested in Connecticut’s Third Congressional District.  

You can find the forms I will be using for standard programmatic and language-based requests for the FY 2027 cycle below. Forms must be completed for all requests by close of business, Friday, February 27.

In Fiscal Year 2022, I brought back Community Project Funding (CPF) to the Appropriations bills to ensure Members could target areas of need in their communities that may otherwise go unfunded. Projects that were funded in my district:
