DeLauro Congratulates Mayor Scott Jackson on Appointment to OPM

WASHINGTON, DC--Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) released the following statement today congratulated Hamden Mayor Scott Jackson on his appointment to be Under-Secretary of Intergovernmental Affairs at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management:
