DeLauro Statement on Death of Mark Davis

Today, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro released a statement in response to the death of Mark Davis, the former News 8 Chief Capitol Correspondent:

“I am saddened by the news of Mark Davis’s death. Mark was a fixture in Connecticut journalism, spending decades covering Connecticut politics. He was a trusted voice, was never afraid to ask the tough questions, and served as an inspiration and mentor to journalists across the state. He was a savvy reporter who strongly believed in helping the public understand the decisions that shaped their lives. He approached every story with fairness, curiosity, and a deep respect for the truth. I am praying for his wife, family, and loved ones.”
