DeLauro Welcomes New Staff Member

NEW HAVEN, CT— Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) announced a recent staff addition to her Washington office today: Ryann Kinney.

Kinney--who was born in Branford and grew up there and in Old Saybrook--is joining DeLauro’s office as Washington Scheduler after serving as an intern in DeLauro’s Washington office. She previously served as a page in the United States Senate, having been appointed and sponsored to that position by then-Senator Chris Dodd. Kinney also volunteered on Dodd’s 2008 presidential campaign. She graduated from John Carroll University in 2013, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government.

In announcing the news DeLauro said, “I am delighted to welcome Ryann to my office. With her combined experience and dedication, I know she will be valuable assets for the people of Connecticut’s Third District, and to me as I continue to work on behalf of the District’s communities.”
