DeLauro’s Urgent Message to CT Farmers: Don’t Miss Out; Apply Today!

Today, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro urged Connecticut’s farmers to apply for disaster relief funding she secured for their recovery:

“I wrote the Farm Recovery and Support Block Grant for farmers who too often get left behind when disaster strikes. Today, I am urging every one of them to apply. Round One closes tonight at 11:59 PM. The earlier you apply, the faster you’ll get the money you’re owed. Busy on the farm? No problem, the application portal will remain open after today.

“Applying is simple: go to portal.ct.gov/FRS today. You will find the application, eligibility details, and partner organizations ready to help you fill it out. Whether you run a few acres of vegetables, an orchard, or a family dairy, this money is meant for you. Don’t miss out; apply today!”
