WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Connecticut delegationannounced up to $1,830,620 for the Connecticut Department of Labor. ThisNational Emergency Grant (NEG) funding from the U.S. Department of Labor willcreate about 120 temporary jobs for eligible dislocated workers to assist withclean-up and recovery efforts as a result of the effects of Superstorm Sandy.
