NEW HAVEN, CT—Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) led 204 House Democrats in calling on Speaker Boehner not to push more Americans into hunger. In a letter, they implored the Speaker to include funding for nutrition programs in any future Farm Bill that comes before the House of Representatives. Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi issued a statement supporting the letter.

NEW HAVEN, CT—Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) released the following statement today after Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan announced the Department has approved Connecticut's plan for $71,820,000 million in funding for Hurricane Sandy recovery.
