Today's event marked therelease of a $121 million federal grant that will help build the next phase ofthe line.

NEW HAVEN, CT—Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) todayapplauded the United States Department of Agriculture's decision to preserveaccess to rural housing benefits for over 900 rural communities—includingGuilford, North Branford and Seymour. The decision ensures thesecommunities can continue to access programs such as affordable mortgagefinancing for lower-income rural families through March 27, 2013.
