Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) today supported an amendment to the FY 2017 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Bill. The amendment was offered by Congresswoman Nita Lowey (NY-17) and would provide the President’s full $1.9 billion request to respond to the Zika virus.
