Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven, Inc., (NHS) and Mutual Housing Association of South Central Connecticut, Inc., will receive $290,000 and $262,500, respectively. The major federal award comes as the coronavirus pandemic has increased the need for safe, affordable housing across Connecticut.
