Of particular note is that in an effort to accelerate job creation, the bids for these projects are open for 30 days, instead of the typical 90 days.

Credit considered one of the most stimulative of tax proposals

Economists have called the refundable tax credit, one of the most stimulative, as well as among the most targeted and most efficient in getting the economy moving.
